Order Status
Where may I view or alter my order information?
  Click the "My Orders” link located under "My Account" at the bottom of any page within Your Patch Store. From there, you may view or edit any eligible orders placed under your account.
Where is my order?
  You may check the status of your current orders by clicking the "My Orders" link at the bottom of any page within Your Patch Store Online. Your Patch Store ships all orders within 2 business days after receiving payment. If your order status is "Processing", either we have not yet received payment or it is still in queue to be handled by our staff. Although expected delivery time is between 3 and 5 business days, please allow 5 to 7 business days for it to arrive before contacting us with a query. Larger orders will be mailed with tracking information which you will find under your order status, if applicable, and can be used at USPS.com to monitor the progress of your purchase.

If your items have not arrived within 7 business days of payment, visit our "
Contact Page" to make a query including your name and Order ID. Our staff will be happy to respond as soon as possible to help either find or replace your shipment.
I have received an incorrect or incomplete order.
  If your purchase has arrived but is incorrect or missing items, visit our "Contact Page" to make a query including your name and Order ID. Our staff will be happy to respond as soon as possible to help remedy the situation.
